1. What Solar Companies Kenya is

Solar Companies Kenya is an independent directory. We list solar companies, show their EPRA licence where we can match it to EPRA's public register, and pass quote requests to installers. We do not sell, design or install solar systems, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with an installer.

2. Listings

Listings are compiled from public sources and checked on the date shown on each page. Details can change; we do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current or accurate. A licence badge means we found the company on EPRA's register when we checked, not that we have inspected its work.

Companies can claim, correct or ask us to remove their listing through our listings page. Nobody pays to be listed or to rank higher in our lists.

3. Quote requests

Sending a request is free and does not oblige you to hire anyone. You agree that we may share your request and contact details with the installers matched to it, as our privacy policy explains. Quotes, prices, warranties and the work itself are between you and the installer. Check a company's licence and ask for a written quote before paying anything.

4. Reviews

Reviews must describe your own genuine experience with the company. We confirm reviewers' phone numbers and may decline or remove reviews that are fake, abusive, off-topic, or written by someone connected to the company. Companies can reply to reviews but cannot remove them.

5. Prices and guides

Prices in our guides come from listings on Kenyan shops and marketplaces on the date shown, and are a guide only. They are not offers from us. Our guides are general information, not engineering advice for your property.

6. Using the site

Do not misuse the site: no false requests, scraping the directory in bulk, attempting to break its security, or posting unlawful content. We may block access or remove content that breaks these terms.

7. Our responsibility

We provide the directory as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products or services of any company listed, or for loss arising from relying on a listing or guide. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan consumer protection law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
